Smart TV’s are TV’s that use an internet connection for Internet apps such as Netflix or Hulu. Digital Media Players (such as a Roku or Fire TV) are devices that connect to your TV to play Internet content. Unfortunately, smart TV’s and digital media players are not supported in CNU’s current wireless environment. However, if you have an Ethernet port on your TV or digital media player, we advise you to directly connect it to the network using this port. If you need assistance connecting your TV/media player using Ethernet, call the Customer Service Desk at (757)594-7079.9.
