To make registration clear for students you should build a link to the tool in your Course Menu.
Select Add Menu Item.
Choose Tool Link.
This will bring up the Add Tool Link dialog box. Use the pull down menu next to Type to select Turning Account Registration. Type in a name that students will easily recognize. Then, check “Available to Users”.
Hit Submit.
