You must have administrator access to your machine to install SPSS. If you do not have administrator access, reach out to us via the Helpdesk for assistance. Additionally, SPSS is only available for 64-bit Windows.
Determining on Windows 7
To determine whether your Windows 7 version is 32 or 64 bit, click on the start menu, right-click on Computer, and choose Properties.
In the screen that appears, you can find your system type (64 or 32 bit):
