You can find your e-mail address by clicking on your initial or picture in the top-right corner of your e-mail screen.  Your e-mail will be under your name.

Student E-mail Addresses

Most student e-mail addresses follow the following format.  FirstName.LastName.YearAdmitted@cnu.edu where:

• FirstName is the preferred name that you selected during registration.
• LastName is your last name.
• YearAdmitted is the last two digits of the year that you were originally admitted to CNU

For example, if your name was John Doe, and you were admitted to CNU in 2012, your e-mail address would be john.doe.12@cnu.edu. Should another person with the same first and last name be admitted in the same year as you, you may have a different e-mail address to differentiate yourself.   Always check in your e-mail account for your address.

Faculty/Staff E-mail Addresses

New faculty/staff e-mail addresses follow the format FirstName.LastName@cnu.edu where:

• FirstName is your preferred name.
• LastName is your last name.

For example, Jane Doe would have an e-mail address of jane.doe@cnu.edu. Keep in mind that CNU graduates and faculty originally hired before this convention was adopted may have different e-mail addresses.  Check your e-mail account to confirm your address.
