If for whatever reason you find you are no longer registered to use CampusClear, you are able to re-register using the CampusClear app. Open the CampusClear app on your mobile device and select your affiliation with the University.

Enter your CNU email address. Non-CNU emails are not permitted.

You will see the below screen after submitting your email address

On your mobile device, check your email - you should have an email from team@ivy.ai, with the subject “CampusClear: Email Confirmation”. Check all email folders (including Spam) if necessary. Tap the “Confirm email” button.

Tap the “return to your app now” link

You have successfully re-registered for CampusClear. Please proceed and report your symptoms.
