Occasionally, clicking on a Tool Link such as Blackboard Collaborate or Qwickly Attendance will instead take you to a screen with Microsoft Access and Excel logos.
What happened is that no tool was selected when creating the link, causing the link to point to the first one in the list. If you are a student, contact your instructor and ask them to recreate the link. If you are an instructor, create the Tool Link again, and make sure to select the appropriate tool (Blackboard Collaborate Ultra, or Qwickly Attendance 2019+) from the Type menu.
